Until now

  • 1977: Creation of the Moquet company in Parigné sur Braye (France).
  • 1990: Specialisation in hard-landscaping products and services. 
  • 2003: 1st expansion with Pauline Moquet in Château-Gontier (France).
  • 2005: Creation and launch of the first franchise.
  • 2006: Opening of the 10th Daniel Moquet Driveway Designer franchise.
  • 2009: Creation of a call centre to manage all appointments nationwide.
  • 2010: Launch of the first brand exclusive product, ‘La Couture’ paving block.
  • 2011: Alvéostar® (known as Hexastar in the UK) is patented
  • 2013: 1st national advertising campaign on TV. 
  • In 2014: Beyond 100 Daniel Moquet franchises, with 99% success rate, 1st branch opening in Belgium.
  • 2017: Awarded Top Franchise Network in France, and won four awards including the Gold Medal for Best Franchise Network, France's Most Profitable Franchise and Best Franchisees Success by “L'indicateur de la Franchise”.
  • 2018: 200+ Daniel Moquet Franchises.

Future development

  • 25 new openings planned this year.
  • European markets: We made sure the concept suited local markets’ need and the successful 1st branch opening in Belgium in April 2014 confirmed the concept was exportable. We now have 4 branches in Belgium, and 1 opening in Germany and plan to spread success across England and Spain.
